Will was born February 1, 1869, in Wayne County, Iowa. He came to Idaho with his parents when he was three months old. (see Benjamin's & Elizabeth's story.) He and his first wife Zulelo Cole had one son Arthur. She died young. (see family group sheet.) He is pictured here with his second wife, Ida A. Carns McConnel. For many years, he was the superintendent at Milner Dam on the Snake River, upstream from Twin Falls, in Cassia County.
