Wilder Resident Dies Wednesday

James Elmer McConnel, 51, died Wednesday at his home in Wilder. McConnell was a native son of Idaho, having been born October 19, 1883, at Parma. Funeral services have been arranged for Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Baptist church of Wilder with Dr. W. J. Boone officiating. Interment will be in the Wilder cemetery.

McConnell is survived by his widow; seven children, Paul of Payette, Ben Forrest and Ernest of the family home at Wilder, Mrs. Robert Eidemiller of Wilder and Lois and June of the family home; four brothers. W. H. McConnell of Caldwell, W. M. of Milner, Idaho, Charles of Twin Falls and Ray C. McConnell of Smith's Ferry; two sisters, Mrs. Smith Gillam of Milner, and Mrs. D. Raymond of Twin Falls; and three grandchildren.
